Herbert Smith Freehills advised IDC on Acquisition of ETBS

Herbert Smith Freehills advised International Data Corporation (IDC) on its acquisition of ETBS, an Australian-based IT benchmarking and assessment firm that provides extensive price, service, and cost data across over 45 countries.

IDC, headquartered in the United States, is the world's leading provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets.

The acquisition of ETBS by IDC extends a well-known benchmark methodology to its already created and growing IT metrics product portfolio.
