Allen & Overy elevates Tina LeDinh as Office Managing Partner and Duc Tran as Senior Partner in Vietnam

In Vietnam, Allen & Overy has elevated Tina LeDinh as Office Managing Partner and Duc Tran as Senior Partner effective 1 December. Tina has replaced Adam Moncrieff who had been managing the office since 2012. Adam will now continue focussing on banking, project and structured finance and restructuring practices.
Having joined the firm in 2013, Tina had been a partner since 2019. With extensive experience of 15 years in Vietnam, Tina specializes in private and public cross-border M&A transactions and international capital markets. It includes listings by Vietnamese issuers in the U.S. Consumer and retail, manufacturing, fintech, education and insurance are the sectors she covered in her practice. She has been titled as Next Generation Partner in Corporate/M&A, and Capital Markets by Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022 (Vietnam). Emphasising on growing the Vietnam office strategically, Tina's responsibility in her new position will be reinforcing the Vietnam networks, while continuing to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Duc who joined Allen & Overy in 2013 has more than 25 years' experience practicing law in Vietnam. He has received recognition for long as one of the foremost lawyers in Vietnam. He was also ranked in Vietnam by Chambers Asia Pacific 2022 as a Band 1 lawyer for Projects, Infrastructure & Energy, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate/M&A. As Senior Partner for Vietnam, Duc will work closely with partners to identify the firm's growth strategy in ASEAN, including deepening its relationships with clients and key stakeholders in Vietnam.
