Paul Hastings LLP has acted as legal advisor to Varicent, a leading player in Sales Performance Management (SPM) software, and Great Hill Partners on a strategic investment transaction. Warburg Pincus, a global investment firm, alongside existing investors Great Hill Partners and Spectrum Equity, with participation from Varicent's management team, will be investing in Varicent.
The investment aims to bolster Varicent’s Revenue Performance Engine framework, accelerate its AI-driven capabilities, and strengthen its global market position. The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the third calendar quarter of 2024, pending customary closing conditions.
