Three-Partner Team Joins Akin To Build Global Technology And Health Care Transactions Practice

Akin has announced the addition of a prominent three-partner transactions team in London. Justin Stock, Stephen Rosen, and David Bresnick have joined the firm from Cooley, where Justin served as the managing partner of the London office and Stephen led the London corporate practice.

Justin will take on the role of Akin’s international head of the technology practice, working alongside Stephen and David to further enhance Akin’s top-tier technology transactions platform.

With nearly a decade of collaboration at Cooley, the trio brings extensive expertise in technology and related sectors, offering significant experience in cross-border M&A, private equity, growth and venture investments, and corporate advisory services.
