Taylor Wessing, a leading international law firm, has played a pivotal role in advising Enviroserve on its acquisition by Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding. The agreement, which involves the purchase of 100% of Enviroserve's shares with equal ownership between the two acquiring entities, marks a significant milestone in the clean tech sector of the United Arab Emirates.
Enviroserve, established in 2004, holds a distinguished position as the sole integrated e-waste processing hub in the Middle East, Africa, and Caucasus region. Renowned for its innovative approach to recycling and waste management, Enviroserve caters to multinational corporations, large businesses, and individuals, offering a comprehensive suite of services ranging from electronic waste recycling to IT refurbishment and specialised waste disposal.
