Leading law firm Ropes & Gray LLP has successfully guided TekniPlex Healthcare, a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, in securing a definitive agreement to acquire Seisa Medical, a prominent manufacturer of medical devices. This strategic acquisition is expected to significantly expand TekniPlex's medical technology solutions platform, enabling the company to offer a more comprehensive suite of products and services to its customers.

TekniPlex, a global leader in medical device components and material science solutions, with headquarters in Wayne, Pennsylvania, has expanded its presence across 12 countries. Seisa, a medical device manufacturer specialising in design and development, component manufacturing, and final assembly, operates facilities in the United States, Mexico, and Slovakia.
