International law firms Osborne Clarke and BakerHostetler have advised the management shareholders of Audiense Ltd on its sale to Buxton.

Audiense is a leading innovative consumer intelligence and social insights platform, while Buxton is a leading provider of customer analytics solutions.

This is Buxton’s second acquisition in two years. The company aims to deliver deep consumer insights and help drive meaningful physical and online connections.

Worldwide, users acknowledge Audiense for its AI-driven insights, advanced segmentation capabilities, and influencer discovery tools. With robust products, brands can easily grasp the nuances of their target consumers, enabling more conversions.
