Khoshaim & Associates Advised EMAAR On Lease Agreement For SEZ

Khoshaim & Associates (K&A) successfully assisted EMAAR, the master developer of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), in structuring, negotiating, and drafting several complex lease agreements for the construction and operation of a vehicle and vehicle parts manufacturing and assembly facility within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in KAEC’s Industrial Valley.

These leases will pave the way for the establishment of innovative facilities that will play a key role in advancing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals. By fostering industrial growth and innovation, these projects emphasize KAEC’s significance as a hub for transformative economic development.

The K&A team was led by Partners Hamdan van den Brule and Zeyad Khoshaim, with support from Partner Abdullah Alajlan and Associates Yousif Latifa and Duaa Amer.
