Clyde & Co has counseled Simpson Spence Young (SSY), a prominent independent shipbroker, on its acquisition of F3 Offshore Group, the offshore specialist shipbroker.
Established in 1880, SSY operates from Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas, offering comprehensive services in major shipping and commodity locations.
Founded in 2009, F3 Offshore was the first brokerage to specialize in North Sea renewables. They are a key player in the North Sea and the Middle East.
