White & Case instructs on Korea mattress pact
Based on its $732 million sale of a 35.8 percent stake to Hyundai Department Store (HDS), White & Case has initiated Korea's Zinus, a chief department store chain in the country and the best-selling mattresses maker in North America.
Accounting for more than 30 percent of the US online mattress market, Korea listed, Zinus, makes more than 90 percent of its revenue from global sales. Based on the Korea Economic Daily, the pact marks the biggest acquisition for HDS.
