Trilegal advised Brookfield Asset Management in acquiring controlling interest through its affiliate in Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions for USD 360 million.

The deal was led by Partners Ankush Goyal (Corporate), Nayantara Nag (Projects) and Deep Choudhuri (Corporate).
