The growth capital firm has backed more than 130 companies and facilitated over 470 add-on acquisitions
Ropes & Gray has represented PSG Equity in its minority investment in Utility Associates, a leader in software and hardware solutions for law enforcement and first responders, including digital video documentation and evidence storage.
PSG Equity is a growth equity firm with offices in six locations around the world. Since 2014, the firm has partnered with software and technology-enabled services providers to navigate its growth.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Adam Leamon and tax partner Alyssa Kollmeyer.
