P&A Law Offices Successfully Represented Sellers In Cigniti Technologies’ Stake Acquisition By Coforge
P&A Law Offices represented and advised Cigniti Technologies Limited, a leading digital assurance and quality engineering company listed on BSE and NSE, and the Promoters of Cigniti in the sale of up to a 54% equity stake of Cigniti to Coforge Limited, a Global Digital Services and Solutions provider also listed on NSE and BSE. The purchase price has been determined at INR 1415/- per share.
Definitive agreements have been signed, and the sale is subject to regulatory approvals, including from the Competition Commission of India and the antitrust agencies in USA. The execution of the definitive agreements has also triggered an open offer by Coforge. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of FY 2024-2025.
