Linklaters provided advice to the lead managers on the initial placement of units in the AnZen India Energy Yield Plus Trust (AnZen Trust), Edelweiss Alternatives' first diversified energy infrastructure trust (InvIT), with an initial asset under management of more than INR 2,300 crore (roughly US$282 million).

Transmission lines and renewable energy projects are among the energy assets that AnZen Trust will invest on.

Amit Singh, the head of South and Southeast Asia Capital Markets at Linklaters, served as the team's leader, with the assistance of Counsel Joseph Wolpin and Anandee Banerji (Managing Associate).
