Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Logicap and Ecobox, backed by Rava Partners and Alta Capital, on structuring of a composite transaction for acquiring 4 logistics built and fully leased assets in Ranjangaon, Pune and Sri City, Chennai, spreading across 3.6 million sq. ft., from Indospace.
