Khaitan & Co Advised True North on Investment in Nivara Home Finance Limited

Khaitan & Co advised True North and certain co-investors on their investment in Nivara Home Finance Limited ("Target Company") as part of its Series B funding round. The transaction involved a primary investment in securities, along with follow-on investments from the existing shareholders of the Target Company, including promoters and Baring Private Equity.
