Rajesh Narain Gupta, Managing Partner of SNG & Partners, recently released a book titled "Voices from the Past", which has been jointly authored by him and his wife Ms. Anisha Gupta.
The book bears a foreword penned by eminent jurist Mr. Soli J. Sorabjee and is a collection of short stories which Mr. Gupta has read and treasured since his childhood. The immense lessons from these short stories have helped him make important life decisions.
Mr. Sorabjee writes, "The stories and anecdotes as narrated by Rajesh are effective tools in the hands of young lawyers to handle any bizarre situation." Congratulating the authors on this one-of-a-kind initiative, he adds, "I congratulate Rajesh & Anisha for having created this masterpiece which shall be received well by all and especially by the legal community."
Mr. Gupta has contributed to legal research papers published by leading dailies, law journals and reputed publications in India and abroad. He has co-authored several books on banking laws and practices, and has been a speaker at various forums in India and abroad.
Speaking about this dream project, Mr. Gupta highlights, "The anecdotes which I have narrated are memories from my experiences and also what I have learnt from my parents, my grandfather, senior lawyers, judges and friends."
According to him, the book is a tribute to all those scholars and to the great pieces of writing that he has read since his childhood. His wife Anisha Gupta, a professional artist for over two decades, has lent life to the book through her paintings and artwork.
The book, available to order on all leading electronic platforms, has been published in India by EBC Publishing Pvt. Ltd. and marketed by Eastern Book Company.
The book is highly recommended by Legal Era as a MUST READ Book and a precious edition to the library of all readers.
