DSK Legal advised Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited & the President of India, Government of India for ₹4,436.86 Million IPO
DSK Legal advised Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited and the President of India, acting through the Ministry of Defence, Government of India ("Selling Shareholder") with respect to its initial public offering of 30,599,017 equity shares of face value ₹10 each through an offer for sale by the Selling Shareholder for an aggregate amount of ₹ 4,436.86 Million.
The Draft Red Herring Prospectus was filed with SEBI on August 05, 2019, the Red Herring Prospectus was filed with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai ("RoC") on September 19, 2020 and the final prospectus was filed on October 05, 2020. The Equity Shares will get listed on BSE and NSE on October 12, 2020.
