Varun Lamba

Varun Lamba is a Partner at AZB & Partners, and part of the Dispute Resolution Team of the Delhi office. He has over 15 years of experience with a varied portfolio that includes advise and representation in corporate commercial disputes (shareholders, senior management exit etc.), white-collar crime (particularly exchange control related), as well as advising both domestic and multi-national companies on general corporate and commercial law matters including court facing corporate restructuring. Varun holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Warwick, with a distinction in dissertation.
