V V S N Raju is the Founder and Managing Partner of Juris Prime Law Services, which was founded in 2005. He has practised in the areas of Banking, Corporate, Civil, Criminal, Economics, Industrial, Intellectual Property, Labour, Secretarial, and Real Estate last 26 years. Before joining the practice, he worked with two large financial institutions (IDBI and ICICI) as an in-house counsel for around 9 years. During that period, he has acquired vast experience in Banking, Corporate Law, compliance, Project Finance, securitization, Title due Diligence, Recovery Litigation, Secretarial matters, Labour Laws, Liquidation proceedings, and Debt restructuring. Over the last few years, he has negotiated and structured a range of commercial transactions for domestic and multinational corporations, including, amongst others, concerning infrastructure and Project finance, securitization, due diligence of title of property and funding documentation, venture capital and private equity, real estate, and construction, land acquisition, company incorporation, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, setting up of businesses, contracts, labour laws, employment, legal audit, franchising, and agency. He also handles and appears regularly before various Courts/ NCLT/ NCLAT/ High Courts in respect of arbitration, debt recovery, commercial contracts, writs, civil appeals, and Resolution/ Liquidation under IBC.
