V V S N Raju
Mr. Raju is the Founder and Managing Partner of M/s. Juris Prime Law Services, Advocates & Legal Consultants founded in the year 2005.
Mr. Raju has been practicing in the areas of Banking & Finance, Economics, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Criminal, Industrial, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property, Labour, Litigation, and Real Estate over the last 30 years.
Before joining the practice, Mr. Raju worked with two large financial institutions (IDBI and ICICI) as an in-house counsel for around 9 years and also associated with a multi-national law firm for 5 years as Resident Partner. During that period, he has acquired vast experience in Banking, Compliance, Corporate and commercial, Debt restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Labour, Litigation, Liquidation, Project Finance, Securitization, and Title due Diligence.
Over the last few years, Mr. Raju has negotiated and structured a range of commercial transactions for domestic and multinational corporations, including, amongst others, concerning infrastructure and Project finance, securitization, due diligence of title of property and funding documentation, venture capital, and private equity, real estate, and construction, land acquisition, company incorporation, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, setting up of businesses, insolvency and bankruptcy, contracts, labour laws, employment, legal audit, franchising, and agency.
Mr. Raju also handles and appears regularly before various Courts/ NCLT/ NCLAT/ High Courts in respect of Arbitration, Debt Recovery, Commercial Contracts, Writs, Civil Appeals, Insolvency, Liquidation and Bankruptcy.
Mr. Raju is recognized as a 'Leading Individual' by The Legal 500. He is also recognized as a 'Leading Lawyer’ under the categories of Dispute Resolution, Corporate and M&A by The Legal Era.
