Subhojit is part of the Finance practice group and has worked on a wide range of transactions in banking, projects, project financing, structured financing and debt restructuring across various sectors including Renewables, Road, Real Estate, Ports, EV. Subhojit has worked on and led a number of marque and award winning deals, including: financing of the first round-the clock renewable power generation being developed by a special purpose vehicle set up by Renew Power Limited. The deal won the PFI Deal of the Year 2023, APLMA Renewable Energy Deal of the Year 2023, Asia Pacific Deal of the Year 2023 and the Renewable Deal of the Year in the Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Awards 2023. Financing electric bus project for GreenCell Express Private Limited. The deal won Transport Deal of the Year –Electric Mobility at the Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Awards 2023.
