Simran Dhir
Simran Dhir heads the competition law practice at S&R Associates. She advises clients on a range of competition law matters, including on domestic and cross-border transactions, engaging with the Competition Commission of India (the “CCI”), dominance-related issues, post-acquisition business integration investigations and compliance training. She has been recommended in the RSG India Report.
Simran previously worked at SJ Berwin LLP in London and Munich from 2007 to 2010 on international M&A and competition law matters. She is qualified to practice in India, and in England and Wales as a nonpractising solicitor.
