Sidharth Sethi
Sidharth Sethi is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and is a Disputes Partner at J. Sagar Associates, New Delhi. Sidharth’s practice covers diverse areas of corporate commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He has considerable expertise in shareholders’ disputes; and represents clients in arbitrations, both domestic and foreign seated, arising out of Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Concession Agreements and various other commercial contracts. He also advises and acts for clients in insolvency proceedings, product liability litigations, constitutional & administrative law litigation, proceedings relating to penal laws, whitecollar crimes and corporate and forensic investigation. Sidharth regularly appears before the Supreme Court, different High Courts of India and various tribunals and commissions. Sidharth is a Specialist Editor of ‘A Ramaiya, Guide to the Companies Act, Nineteenth Edition’, published by LexisNexis. Sidharth is also a resource faculty at a leading Law School in India.
