Saurabh, completed his Masters in International Tax and Financial Market from Queen Mary, University of London. He has been practicing in various arenas of law with specialization in Transactions and Corporate Laws, Capital Markets, Corporate Restructuring, Taxation etc. He has handled both upstream & midstream oil & gas, projects with a focus on transactional and corporate work involving high-end sophisticated transactions for some of the leading companies present in India and East Africa. He has been involved in high end tax litigations before all the forums including the Court of Appeal of Tanzania and has also been associated with KPMG India as Senior Executive, International Tax Litigation and Regulatory team. Assisted clients in structuring transactions in most tax efficient manner including entry as well as exit out of a particular transaction as well as territory.

He has been advising various companies establishing their business in India. He has also advised leading global developers and marketer of various branded product on their various crucial and strategic decision-making processes.

He has been invited at various national and international conferences. He holds various recognitions and appreciation awards such as -The 40 under 40 Rising Star by Legal Era in the field of law in India for the year2018. He was Invited as Judge and Guest Speaker at various Moot Courts and Universities.
