Sameer is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group of Khaitan & Co in the Mumbai. Sameer focuses on commercial arbitration (both foreign & domestic), litigation pertaining to commercial & corporate disputes, white collar crime and writ petitions etc. Sameer has authored numerous publications (both international and domestic) on contemporary issues & emerging trends in Indian & International Arbitration. Sameer also regularly judges various moot court competitions (both at National and International level) across various law colleges in India.
