Rajeevan's vast experience in providing legal support across Realty, Infrastructure and Energy brands in both India and internationally, he has been an asset known for value addition while handling all aspects of the entire legal function including litigation, drafting, business advisory, managing legal risks, etc.

Rajeevan is Head of Legal Department, Realty Division, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., engaged in real estate development (residential, commercial, mixed-use development), construction and hospitality businesses in India. Bringing over 27 years of experience in the legal field, Rajeevan’s expertise lies in Legal & Corporate Affairs, Taxation and Compliance in 7 different Industries including Real Estate & Construction, Infrastructure & Energy, Logistics & Infrastructure, FMCG (Food & Beverages), Fertiliser & Chemical, Steel Manufacturing, and Computer Software & Hardware.

He has been at the helm of the legal department for over 2 decades while being a part of various firms like Parle Group, Avashya Group, Lodha Group, Tata Housing, Wlspun Energy, Oberoi Realty and L&T Realty.

Before joining Larsen & Toubro, he worked as Executive VP & Chief Legal Officer at Oberoi Realty.

A commerce graduate, Rajeevan is a qualified Lawyer and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Internal Audit New York.
