Radhika Iyer

Radhika Iyer’s areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, funds, restructuring, employment and general corporate matters. Radhika has been recognized as a leading lawyer by RSG India Report for M&A; and IFLR1000 for Private Equity and M&A. Radhika previously worked with Nishith Desai Associates in Mumbai. She completed her B.S.L., LL.B. in 2007 from ILS Law College, Pune.
