Priyanshi Rachchh

Priyanshi Rachchh holds the position of an Associate, in the Corporate and M&A team at the firm and regularly advises clients on general corporate and exchange control matters. She has advised various domestic and multinational companies on issues related to trade, inbound and outbound investment, external commercial borrowings, business restructuring, stamp duty, and other regulatory & compliance matters. She has also assisted individuals and companies in resolving their IDPMS and EDPMS trade issues, regularization and compounding of foreign exchange violations. She regularly drafts various commercial contracts and advises clients on interpretation of the same.
