Phillip D’Costa
Phillip has over 20 years’ experience of complex, high value commercial litigation and arbitration, often with a cross-border element. He regularly advises on corporate, commercial, fraud, technology and financial services dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation. Phillip has acted on a number of board and shareholder, banking and IT disputes and represents a range of private sector clients including trading, technology and financial services companies. He advises businesses and individuals on cases arising from insolvency as well as on claims to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Phillip has a particular interest in arbitration and transactional work involving India and has acted on a number of India-related disputes and transactions alongside Indian law firms. He is recommended in The Legal 500 and regularly writes and speaks on a variety of topics.
