Persis Hodiwalla
Persis Hodiwalla is working as a Managing Partner with JP Legal Corp. She has been a part of the Entertainment & Media Industry (Films and Web-series) for almost more than 15 years and has hands down work experience and excellence in drafting and executing agreements prevailing in the media & entertainment industry. These Agreements are primarily crafted for Actors, Directors, Writers, Musicians and other cast and crew associated with the content.
Over a period of time Persis has mastered the art of structuring the deals ensuring that 100% IP is owned by the Content Creator with clear chain of title for exploitation in universal perpetuity.
She has also been involved in the content creation journey from inception till the release and has always been an indispensable lawyer with legal & commercial understanding of the business who can take the ideas, story, script which is in the literary form to the final screen in the audio-visual content form which can be viewed either in theatres, OTT platforms, TV, etc.
