Primary responsibility is to take care of entire gamut of activities in legal, secretarial & governance domain including advisory to management on various legal and corporate governance issues, Contracts (negotiation and finalisation), high stake litigations (Civil/Criminal and Regulatory). Part of Sr. management team to decide on various corporate actions, M&A transactions, corporate structuring etc. Successfully led negotiation and conclusion of solar business contracts/deals (M&A, EPC, Procurement, etc.) funding for aggregate of 1 billion $ (approx.), multiple jurisdiction procurement worth millions $$$, legal negotiation for joint-ventures, acquisitions & sale of project companies, Land acquisition of 3000 acres . Part of team for Sale/Acquisition deal of large Thermal power project (deal size ~USD 1 billion) & few Solar projects (deal size ~USD 50 Million). Dealt with international litigation, Arbitration and has exposure of setting up entities at various jurisdictions in Europe, US and South Africa (acquisition of project licence and sell off portfolio).

Actively involved in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Lanco Infratech Limited.

Regular speaker and Member of Task Force on Companies Act 2013 constituted by ICSI from 2016 onwards. I was chairman of Gurgaon Chapter for the year 2013.
