Indian law firm S&R Associates represented Goldman Sachs (India) Securities in connection with the share exchange ratio to the Board of Directors of Mindtree Limited, a listed Information Technology services company, in the proposed merger of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited and Mindtree.
