With a background at Link Legal, Meher Mehta brings a wealth of experience to her new role at S&R Associates. Her expertise spans various areas, including M&A (mergers and acquisitions), joint ventures, foreign investment, regulatory compliance, and general corporate affairs.
Meher Mehta's specialisation in the infrastructure sector sets her apart, as she possesses significant expertise in key areas such as airports, renewable energy, and telecommunications.
In contrast, Oishika Dasgupta's expertise lies in equity and debt capital markets, regulatory affairs, and general corporate matters. Her specialisation in these areas allows her to provide comprehensive legal support to a wide range of clients. Dasgupta has worked closely with issuers, investment banks, and shareholders, offering strategic advice and guidance on various capital markets transactions.
