Senior Advocate Arvind Nayar has been called by 4 New Square in the United Kingdom as a Door Tenant. Arvind predominantly practices in the Supreme Court as well as State High Courts and Tribunals across India for over two decades. He is a commercial litigator and comes with extensive experience in representing parties in dispute resolution matters in courts as well as before arbitral tribunals.
Arvind is frequently appointed as an arbitrator and mediator in ad-hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals constituted as per the LCIA, ICC and DIAC rules and is a known name in the international arbitration circuits across India, Singapore, Dubai and the United Kingdom. Arvind is a known name as a panellist and speaker within India and abroad and is also an Honorary Adjunct Professor of Law & Distinguished Professor of Legal Practice at the Jindal Global Law School, India.
Nayar enrolled at the Bar in 1997 after graduating from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
