Saudi Law Firm Khoshaim & Associates Opens First International Office in Abu Dhabi
Saudi Law Firm Khoshaim & Associates Opens First International Office in Abu Dhabi
Khoshaim & Associates (K&A) has officially opened its first office outside Saudi Arabia in Abu Dhabi, marking a significant milestone for the Saudi Arabian law firm. This strategic expansion aims to enhance support for both existing and prospective clients in Saudi Arabia and the broader region.
The new Abu Dhabi office is designed with three primary objectives: to facilitate inbound investments from the UAE to Saudi Arabia as companies increasingly establish their regional headquarters in the Kingdom; to support investments by international and Saudi Arabian firms in assets and businesses throughout the region; and to strengthen K&A’s capabilities by attracting senior practitioners from international firms.
Currently, K&A operates two offices in Saudi Arabia, located in Riyadh and Jeddah. The UAE team will integrate into the firm’s corporate, finance, capital markets, and dispute resolution practices, providing a comprehensive suite of regional services. These offerings will include regional mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cross-border financing, dual-listing capabilities, and regional arbitration.
Zeyad Khoshaim, managing partner of K&A, stated, “This significant step reflects K&A’s ongoing commitment to further strengthen Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the legal field while enhancing our ability to serve clients across the region. Our expansion into Abu Dhabi is a testament to the strength and resilience of Saudi Arabia’s economy. This move enables us to continue providing the highest standard of legal counsel to our clients, wherever they may be.”
Abu Dhabi is currently experiencing a surge in activity driven by sovereign wealth fund investments and cross-border transactions. The city is poised to capitalize on opportunities arising from energy transitions, digitalization, and supply chain diversification.
