IBBI signs a Memorandum of Understanding with HNLU, Raipur
The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hidayatullah National Law University, New Raipur intending to build a credible partnership with sensitive stakeholders in the emerging field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
A few areas that are covered under the MoU include Conduct of Certificate Courses, diplomas, Postgraduate Programmes, Case Studies, Training, Conferences, Seminars, Moot Competition, Continuing Professional Education, etc.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Sudhaker Shukla, WTM, IBBI appreciated HNLU's journey of almost two decades to emerge as one of the top law universities in the country. HNLU has carved a niche for itself with widespread recognition and presence. He expressed happiness in engaging with HNLU for conducting joint awareness and training programs for stakeholders, students, academia and researchers, etc.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Amit Pradhan (Executive Director, IBBI) and Dr. Vipan Kumar (Dean IRAP & Proctor, Associate Professor, Hidayatullah National Law University) in the august presence of Mr. Sudhaker Shukla (Whole Time Member, IBBI), Mr. Ritesh Kavdia (Executive Director, IBBI) and other senior officers of the IBBI.
