VERTICES PARTNERS has promoted Hardik Thakker, who was a Senior Associate to an Associate Partner with the Firm and Paul Albert who was an Associate has been promoted to an Associate Manager.
While Hardik has completed law from the University of Mumbai, Paul Albert graduated from Christ University, Bangalore. Hardik’s areas of practice and expertise includes PE & VC, M&A, joint ventures, business/asset acquisition transactions, corporate structuring, alternative investment funds, corporate governance. Paul is also a part of the corporate practice and works extensively on PE / VC, M&A transactions and on the Corporate Advisory space. The team advises clients across diverse sectors including manufacturing, financial services, ed-tech, fintech, media and entertainment, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, retail, insurance, amongst others. With this promotion, VERTICES PARTNERS which was founded by three partners, is focused on growing its senior team which now comprises of four Associate Partners with a healthy pedigree of homegrown leadership.
