DSK Legal announces promotions; promotes 3 to Partnership
DSK Legal has completed 20 years. The firm has also announced its annual promotions.
DSK Legal has promoted Associate Partners Samir Malik, Saloni Mody and Kartik Yadav to Partnership. Associate Partner Ankit Jain as Partner-Strategic Client Relationships, and Nakul Batra, Mitali Naik, Jayesh Kothari, Rimali Batra and Abhishek Singh Baghel to Associate Partners.
With this round of promotions, the Firm now has 21 Partners and 14 Associate Partners across its offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Pune.
Commenting on the Firm's completion of 20 years and promotions, Managing Partner, Mr Anand Desai said,
"It has been a very satisfying journey. We have been fortunate in being entrusted with critically important client assignments, and having enjoyed the trust and confidence of clients over many years, for which we are extremely grateful. We are proud of having adhered to our values, and enabled our colleagues to grow into excellent professionals. We look forward to many more years of supporting our clients and our people, and continuing to attract the variety of work that is entrusted to us. We also look forward to our newly appointed leaders adding further to our growth story."
Also, erstwhile DSK Legal Partners – Mr. Ravi Prakash and Mr. Nand Kishore – who have resigned from the Firm for starting independent counsel practice, look forward to continuing to maintain a close working relationship with the Firm.
Commenting on their departure from the Firm, Managing Partner, Mr Anand Desai said,
"As others who have left to chart their own paths we wish them well, and will always be there to support them."
The Firm has also announced bonuses for the retainers at the Firm, and will be announcing increments and level-wise promotions shortly.
