Erstwhile Link Legal India Law Services Partner Dinesh Pardasani has joined DSK Legal as a Partner in their New Delhi office, along with a senior associate, Shantanu Singh, and two associates, Aishwary Kumar Tiwari and Kanupriya Mehndiratta.
Dinesh has significant experience in projects, including railways (having advised on five out of the six metro rail projects in India developed on the PPP model), water, waste management, renewable energy, industrial corridors, and smart cities, as also projects arbitration and general litigation.
Dinesh had been working with Link Legal since 2011 till the time he joined DSK Legal this month. At Link Legal, he had been heading the Infrastructure practice. He was also actively involved in Infrastructure related litigation and Arbitration.
Prior to Link Legal, Dinesh had worked with Trilegal as a Counsel from 2006 to 2011.
Dinesh is recognized by Chambers & Partners as a skilled litigator on projects-related disputes. In addition he is also recognized by Legal 500 as a Ranked lawyer in Projects. According to IFLR, he is highly regarded in Projects and Energy and Asialaw Profiles describes him as a Distinguished Practitioner in Construction.
