Babu Sivaprakasam launches his law firm, LEAP.
Babu Sivaprakasam, one of the top leading law practitioners in the country, launched his law firm LEAP - an acronym for LEx Aeterna Practices. The firm starts its operations from Maker Chambers VI, Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Speaking on the launch, Mr.Babu Sivaprakasam, Managing Partner, said, "This is but a natural transition and my life's calling and truly a significant moment. My intention to start this venture stems from a vision to build a legacy that has the spirit of corporate culture and perpetuates the best practices of a law firm. We endeavour to provide a platform for legal entrepreneurs to express and realise their true calling. The firm will offer strategic counsel & planning and innovative solutions to our clients that would enable a positive transformation".
The firm would majorly focus on the areas of Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Will and Estate Planning, Infrastructure & Project Finance, Insolvency Bankruptcy, and Stressed Assets Resolution, General Corporate and Contracts, Disputes and Litigation, and Regulatory Compliance.
Previously, Mr. Babu Sivaprakasam's worked with ELP, where he spearheaded the Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Stressed Assets Resolution, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practices.
Aditya Khadria, Yogesh Pirthani, Dhrupad Vaghani along with six other colleagues from ELP have joined LEAP.
