Manisha Shroff is a Partner in the DCM and Banking and Finance practice group in the Mumbai office. With over 16 years of experience, Manisha advises on all types of financing matters external commercial borrowings, offshore financings, cross border bilateral and syndicated financings, acquisition finance, private credit, project finance trade finance, structured finance, real estate financing, mezzanine finance, banking, and non-banking regulation and securitisation. She has also advised on a myriad of derivative transactions, negotiations on ISDA documentation, and credit support annexes.

As the Firm’s debt capital markets specialist, she has advised on the entire gamut debt capital markets offerings including international bond issuances (under Reg S and Rule 144A, high yield, guaranteed, standalone and programs, Basel III compliant issues, masala bonds) and domestic debt issuances (both public and private placements and structured products). She also advises on private credit and structured finance transactions which cover acquisition finance, promoter finance and cross-border finance.

Manisha was a part of the regulator SEBI’s committee on the “on-tap” issue of bonds and as a panellist in numerous panels/events organised by IFLR and FICCI.
