Nilesh has two value-driven post-graduate degrees in Law, namely in Constitutional Law and Commercial Law. Trained under the tutelage of Senior Counsels, Late Mr. Ram Jethmalani and Mr. Mahesh Jethmalani, Nilesh has 360-degree exposure in all the fundamental aspects of litigation. Clients often reach out to him not just for his representational skills but also for his litigation strategy and commercial advisory. Having worked with most of the eminent counsels in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi circles, Nilesh provides expert direction to clients on all contentious legal matters. While the primary forum of his legal practice is the High Court of Judicature at Bombay and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, he has been representing clients in other legal forums such as High Courts of Delhi, Karnataka and various other states, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Arbitration Tribunals and the like - both on the original and appellate sides.
When in leisure, Nilesh likes to read, research and curate detailed and experience-based legal papers. Nilesh is also an avid chess player and has represented the State of Maharashtra for various inter-state competitions.
