Krunal Gadhia is a Partner of Gagrats, Mumbai. He earned a Bachelor of Legal Science and an LLB from Government Law College, Bombay University.
He then qualified as a Solicitor in Bombay and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England. Krunal is also admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Bombay.
He is a Member of the Bombay Bar Association, Bombay Incorporated Law Society, the International Bar Association and The Law Society of England.
His Practice Areas at Gagrats cover Arbitration, Banking & Finance, Corporate Laws, Dispute Resolution, Energy & Infrastructure, Healthcare, Real Estate, Regulatory Laws, Tax, Trusts and Wills.
Krunal has counselled and advised leading publicly listed companies, foreign corporates, trusts, and High Networth Individuals (HNIs).
Krunal has been involved in several noteworthy Real Estate Development Projects and Business Transfer Agreements for leading Corporate Groups. He has also been frequently involved in advising several prominent High Networth Individuals and industrialists, including in relation to their properties and trusts.
For several of Krunal’s Practice Areas and for his work, the Firm has been the recipient of several awards, including the 2024 Outstanding Lawyers Award, the 2024 and 2023 Banking and Finance Law Firm of the year Award, the Global Excellence Award as the Leading Real Estate Adviser of the Year – India, as a Recommended Law Firm for Construction & Real Estate, and as a Notable Law Firm for Projects and Infrastructure and many others.
