Rajat Sethi practices in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions; Private Equity Competition/Antitrust; Restructuring and Insolvency; Regulatory; Private Client Practice and General Corporate.

Earlier he has worked with P&A Law Offices in New Delhi and Chambers of Mr. Arun Jaitley, Senior Advocate.

Rajat has done B.A. (Hons.) in Mathematics, (1992) from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi; LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (1995); LL.M. from Tulane University Law School (1996).

He is admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi.
