Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar (Patent Attorney, European Patent and Trademark Attorney) is a partner at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. His office is located in Munich. From his technical education Prof. Dr. Goddar is a physicist.

He teaches Patent and Licensing Law as an honorary Professor for Intelectual Property at the University of Bremen and at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), Munich as well as at various foreign universities.

Prof. Dr. Goddar is Past President of LES International (LESI) and, as former President, member of the Advisory Board of LES Germany. In 2014 he was inducted into the IAM IP Hall of Fame.

Professor Goddar is counted by "IAM Strategy 250" among the "World's Leading IP Strategists".
