UK FinTech Hi Group employs Lee Cullinane as General Counsel
More recently, he was a partner in McGuireWoods' London office, where he led the firm's Europe, Middle East, and Africa finance group
Lee Cullinane – an extensively experienced legal professional, who has worked in several high-profile law firms has joined Hi Group as the General Counsel. He will play key role in the company's expansion, governance and corporate and institutional legal matters by providing strategic guidance on all aspects of the business operation.
Cullinane joined Clifford Chance LLP and became a partner in the practice, just after graduating from the Queen Mary University of London. Later he joined Mayer Brown where he was a Partner. He then went on to join White & Case LLP as Regional Section Head leading the firm's banking practice in EMEA from 2012-19.
More recently, as a partner in McGuire Woods' London office, he led the firm's Europe, Middle East, and Africa finance group.
