DLA Piper hires Caitlin Morgan as Litigation Practice Partner
DLA Piper has appointed Caitlin Morgan as a partner in its Litigation practice group and Media, Sport and Entertainment industry group in Dallas.
Caitlin counsels sports organizations regularly regarding class actions, multi-district litigation and commercial business disputes at the state and federal levels, emphasising on sports practice litigation. Within the sports industry, Caitlin's remarkable work includes representing collegiate organizations regarding athletic grant-in-aid, name, image and likeness, concussions, return-to-play issues, licensing and telecast rights agreements.
Besides far-reaching work in the sports industry, Caitlin is a proficient litigator furthermore with substantial trial experience in state and federal courts. Outside the sports industry, Caitlin handles large class action multi-district litigation matters ranging from aviation to oil and gas regularly. She recommends clients involving contractual disputes, business dissolutions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, assets purchase and stock purchase agreements frequently. She is very dependable to deliver cost-effective results for her client's business objectives.
