Vertices Partners welcome Rajat Agarwal alongwith his team in the Banking & Finance Practice
Vertices Partners welcome Rajat Agarwal alongwith his team in the Banking & Finance Practice
Vertices Partners has roped in Rajat Agarwal as a Partner to the firm in the Banking & Finance Practice.
He was earlier working with Dua Associates which he joined in 2015 as an Associate and was elevated to the position of Principal Associate in 2020.
Rajat along with his team will boost the firm's Banking and Financial vertical as well as to further strengthen its disputes arm.
Rajat has also worked with notable law firms such as J. Sagar Associates, Wadia Gandhy & Co., and AZB & Partners.
Rajat has joined the firm soon after the Vertices Partners onboarded Manasi Pathak Verma, as a Partner in the Regulatory and Secretarial Compliances Practice in Delhi NCR offices and Jayesh Karandikar as a Partner in the Real Estate sector in the firm's Mumbai office.
On his joining the firm, Rajat commented, "Vertices' growth in the last few years has proven that the legal profession is no longer an 'old boys' club'. I am looking forward to contributing to their banking and finance practice and boost the firm's existing disputes practice."
Rajat has done his Law graduation from the Symbiosis Law School (2013).
Vinayak Burman, Founder and Managing Partner at Vertices Partners said, "We believe that their joining will be a great value-add for all our stakeholders, internal and external. Having added three practice areas and two new offices in Gurugram and Bengaluru, within a year, we are a rapidly growing team."
Commenting on the expansion, Vinayak Burman added, "Having added three practice areas and two new offices within a year, we are a rapidly growing team. Any and all expansions are underlined with the same values that we first started out with: Proactive | Pedigree | Performance. We believe in value-based growth, be it for the team or our clients. Everyone who joins Vertices Partners or decides to work with us in any capacity has an integral role to play. We believe that this latest addition of Rajat and his team will be a tremendous value-add for all our stakeholders, internal and external."
