Vasanth Rajasekaran leaves Phoenix Legal to set up Trinity Chambers
The firm will focus on corporate commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, regulatory, anti-trust, and criminal litigation
Vasanth Rajasekaran the equity partner at Phoenix Legal has left the firm along with his team members Saurabh Babulkar and Harshvardhan Korada to establish Trinity Chambers.
Rajasekaran was working with Phoenix Legal for the past five years. He said, "After a wonderful stint at the firm, I along with my team members Babulkar and Korada, have decided to move on from the firm to establish a dedicated litigation chamber."
He added, "Trinity Chambers is a specialized dispute resolution firm with expertise in corporate commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, regulatory, anti-trust, and criminal litigation including white collar crime and forensic investigation. The firm will be synonymous with high-quality legal services and client care. I thank my well-wishers for their continued support."
Rajasekaran is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Previously, he worked with Seth Dua & Associates and Kachwaha & Partners.
His practice areas include Dispute Resolution (arbitration and litigation), Aerospace Defence and Aviation, PPP, Infrastructure and Urban Development Projects, Energy and Natural Resources, Defence Procurement & Government Procurement, Railways, Real Estate and Competition Law.
