Talwar Thakore & Associates Elevates Tanay Agarwal To Partner To Strengthen Its Banking & Finance Practice
Mumbai-based Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A), a prominent Indian law firm, has announced the election of Tanay Agarwal as a Partner in Mumbai, effective from April 1, 2024. Agarwal has played a pivotal role within TT&A’s Banking & Finance practice, and his promotion will further enhance the practice’s already robust standing. This elevation underscores the firm’s unwavering dedication to delivering excellent service to its clients. With Agarwal’s elevation, the TT&A partnership now comprises 27 Partners.
Agarwal’s extensive experience covers a wide range of corporate banking and structured finance transactions. He has provided invaluable guidance to both lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financings. His work spans multiple sectors, including airports, retail, hospitality, financial services, and real estate. Agarwal has advised banks, funds, and financial institutions on various complex transactions, including financings related to listed company takeovers, asset monetisation, promoter-level fundraising, margin finance, construction finance, and fundraising by financial institutions.
